Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-10
Introduction
DoorGames, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Solid Blocks mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it's used, and what's not collected.
What we don't collect
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact info
- Your location (precise or coarse)
- Your photos, contacts, calendar, or other device content
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- Browsing or search history outside the App
- Any data tied to your real-world identity
We don't display ads, don't share data with ad networks, and don't sell your information to anyone.
What we do collect (and why)
Solid Blocks uses three third-party services for app functionality and product improvement. All three are configured to minimize identifying information.
Anonymous analytics — TelemetryDeck
We use TelemetryDeck to understand how the App is used in aggregate — which modes players use, how often the App is opened, retention rates. TelemetryDeck is a privacy-focused analytics service that uses a salted hash of device characteristics rather than a user identifier. The data is not linked to your Apple ID, email, or any personally identifying information.
Crash and performance reporting — Sentry
We use Sentry to capture crashes, performance regressions, and diagnostic information that helps us fix bugs. Crash reports include the App version, iOS version, device model, and a stack trace of the error. We do not link crash reports to your personal identity.
Subscription management — RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and lifetime purchases. RevenueCat receives the App Store transaction data Apple shares as part of in-app purchases (subscription state, purchase date, product identifier). This data is associated with an anonymous user identifier RevenueCat generates per device install — it is not linked to your name, email, or other contact information, but it is necessarily linked to your Apple ID through Apple's purchase infrastructure.
iCloud sync — Apple
If you're signed into iCloud, the App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your game progress (high scores, campaign progress, daily challenge streaks) across your devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account under your control. We do not have access to your iCloud account, your Apple ID, or your CloudKit private database. CloudKit usage is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
What we don't do
- No tracking across apps or websites. We don't link data the App collects with any third-party data, don't share with data brokers, don't participate in cross-app advertising measurement.
- No marketing communications. No push notifications for marketing. No email lists. No promotional campaigns based on your usage.
- No personalized content based on your data. Daily Challenge is identical for every player. Campaign levels are the same. There's no "recommended for you" surface driven by your behavior.
Children's privacy
Solid Blocks is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information that would qualify as personal information from children under COPPA, GDPR-K, or similar regulations.
Your rights
You can:
- Delete locally stored data: Uninstall the App.
- Delete iCloud data: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Solid Blocks.
- Disable iCloud sync: Turn off iCloud for Solid Blocks in iOS Settings.
- Cancel your subscription: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Solid Blocks. (Cancellations are processed by Apple. We do not have the ability to cancel your subscription on your behalf.)
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when we add or remove third-party services, or when laws or App Store requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be summarized in the App's release notes.
