Privacy Policy

Summary: Solid Blocks doesn't show ads, doesn't track you across apps, doesn't sell your data, and doesn't ask for your name, email, or any contact information. We use anonymous analytics and crash reporting to keep the app running well, and Apple handles your subscription and iCloud sync. That's it.

Introduction

DoorGames, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Solid Blocks mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it's used, and what's not collected.

What we don't collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

We don't display ads, don't share data with ad networks, and don't sell your information to anyone.

What we do collect (and why)

Solid Blocks uses three third-party services for app functionality and product improvement. All three are configured to minimize identifying information.

Anonymous analytics — TelemetryDeck

We use TelemetryDeck to understand how the App is used in aggregate — which modes players use, how often the App is opened, retention rates. TelemetryDeck is a privacy-focused analytics service that uses a salted hash of device characteristics rather than a user identifier. The data is not linked to your Apple ID, email, or any personally identifying information.

Crash and performance reporting — Sentry

We use Sentry to capture crashes, performance regressions, and diagnostic information that helps us fix bugs. Crash reports include the App version, iOS version, device model, and a stack trace of the error. We do not link crash reports to your personal identity.

Subscription management — RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and lifetime purchases. RevenueCat receives the App Store transaction data Apple shares as part of in-app purchases (subscription state, purchase date, product identifier). This data is associated with an anonymous user identifier RevenueCat generates per device install — it is not linked to your name, email, or other contact information, but it is necessarily linked to your Apple ID through Apple's purchase infrastructure.

iCloud sync — Apple

If you're signed into iCloud, the App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your game progress (high scores, campaign progress, daily challenge streaks) across your devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account under your control. We do not have access to your iCloud account, your Apple ID, or your CloudKit private database. CloudKit usage is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

What we don't do

Children's privacy

Solid Blocks is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information that would qualify as personal information from children under COPPA, GDPR-K, or similar regulations.

Your rights

You can:

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add or remove third-party services, or when laws or App Store requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be summarized in the App's release notes.
