1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Solid Blocks (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

DoorGames, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of game data or leaderboards

4. Purchases

Solid Blocks is a premium application available via two purchase options: a $2.99/year auto-renewing subscription (with a 7-day free trial), or a $9.99 one-time lifetime purchase.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions, including their subscription cancellation policies. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, including but not limited to graphics, images, text, sounds, and code, are owned by DoorGames, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

Any game data, scores, or progress you create while using the App remains associated with your device and/or iCloud account. We do not claim ownership of your gameplay data.

7. iCloud Services

The App may use Apple's iCloud service to sync your game progress across devices. Use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms of service and requires an active iCloud account.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOORGAMES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, updates may change gameplay features, add or remove content, or modify the user interface.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
