Frequently asked questions

How do I sync my progress across devices?

Make sure you're signed into the same iCloud account on all your devices. Your progress will sync automatically when you have an internet connection.

Why did I lose my progress?

Progress is stored locally and in iCloud. If you deleted the app or signed out of iCloud, your progress may be lost. Try signing back into iCloud and waiting a few moments for sync to complete.

How do I restore my purchase?

Solid Blocks offers two purchase options: a $2.99/year subscription with a 7-day free trial, or a $9.99 one-time lifetime purchase. If you need to reinstall, download from the App Store while signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase, and tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings — you won't be charged again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Solid Blocks → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period. We do not have the ability to cancel your subscription on your behalf.

How does the Daily Challenge work?

A new puzzle is available every day at midnight (your local time). Complete it to build your streak. The puzzle is the same for all players worldwide, so you can compare your results with friends.

What does completion mean in Campaign mode?

Levels are marked as completed when you achieve the level objective:

Is there a way to get hints?

Currently, Solid Blocks doesn't include a hint system. Part of the challenge is figuring out the optimal block placement on your own.

Will there be more levels?

Yes. We plan to add more worlds and levels in future updates.
